The petitioner in this writ petition has challenged the impugned order dated September 9, 2020 (Annexure P7, page 46) suspending him from service. It is also his grievance that the principle of natural justice has not been observed in case of him by not giving him a proper opportunity of giving reply to the show-cause notice. It is his further grievance that during pendency of the writ petition, the disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against him which he has challenged by way of filing a supplementary affidavit. The petitioner has taken a very reasonable stand in this writ petition, and he is simply praying for a direction upon the disciplinary authorities to expedite and conclude the disciplinary proceedings.
