The petitioner has complained to the Officer-incharge, Liluah Police Station stating, that notwithstanding a gift deed executed by his mother in his favour, he is not being permitted to enter into the said premises. The petitioner was working in Mumbai all these years.

The instructions of the Officer-in-charge, Liluah Police Station in the form of a report addressed to the State Advocate be taken on record.

It appears from the said report that the disputes between the petitioner and the private respondents are purely civil in nature.

This Court is of the view that appropriate civil remedies may be availed by the petitioner in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
