Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not obtain any loan from the HDFC Bank. The bank issued demand notice to the petitioner for such loan. The police are inactive on the complaint made by the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws attention of the Court to the complaint dated October 5, 2020 made by the petitioner. He submits that such complaint was treated as a first information report dated October 14, 2020, being Harirampur Police Station case no.201 of 2020. He submits that the investigations with regard thereof are in progress. In fact the police are investigating three other first information reports. In such circumstances, the police having taken steps on the basis of such complaint made by the petitioner, no further interference is called for. WPA 9364 of 2020 is disposed of.
