The present revision of the year 2020 has been preferred praying for transferring the Criminal Misc. Case No.368 of 2018 from the court of the learned CJM, Nadia, Krishnanagar either to the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Barrackpore or to the learned CJM, Kolkata (Bankshal Court).

As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. ( Shampa Dutt (Paul), J. )
