There is a typographical error in the judgment and order dated December 4, 2020. The cause title of the writ application has been erroneously recorded.

Accordingly, in the judgment and order wherein it has been written "The Union of India & Ors." wrongly, it be corrected as "The State of West Bengal & Ors.". The corrections be incorporated in the order dated December 4, 2020. The department is directed to act accordingly.
