This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioners had challenged the validity of an advisory dated September 23, 2020.

Mr. Y.J. Dastoor, learned Additional Solicitor General, submits that the said advisory has been withdrawn vide order dated December 4, 2020.

In light of the above, this writ petition has now become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. (Shekhar B. Saraf, J.)
