Petitioner seeks cancellation of order dated June 24, 2020 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Paschim Medinipur in Criminal Misc Case No.1834 of 2020 granting anticipatory bail to the private respondents.

State is represented.

We perused the materials in the case diary.

There is a dying declaration recorded by the victim exonerating the private respondents.

In her dying declaration, the victim stated that, the parents-in-law were not in the house and that, the husband went outside when, she suffered burn injuries due to accidental fire. Anticipatory bail was granted on the basis of the dying declaration of the victim.

In such circumstances, we find no material irregularity in the order dated June 24, 2020 passed by the jurisdictional Court. C.R.M. 9347 of 2020 is, therefore, dismissed without any order as to costs.
