Ranjan Dhar The present revision of the year 2020 has been preferred praying for quashing of an order dated 03.01.2020 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Barrackpore in M. Case No.399 of 2017 under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
