Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the opposite party no.2/complainant and the learned counsel for the State who has placed the case diary.

On perusal of the case diary, it appears that the medical papers/injury report in the case diary shows that the victim has suffered injuries in the instant case and the present petitioner has been specifically named in the injury report for the said assault. There are several other materials on record to prima facie make out the offence as alleged in the present case.

There being a prima facie case against the petitioner, the present case should be permitted to proceed towards trial. Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed and the trial court to proceed with the trail in accordance with law. All applications connected thereto stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
