Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioner in the alleged crime. In view of the gravity of the offence and as his payer for bail was rejected in October 2020 and there is no substantial change in circumstance since then, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
