Mr. Dilip Kumar Chatterjee Mr. Prabir Kumar Chatterjee Mr. Durga Bhusan Mukjerjee ....for the petitioner Mr. Pinaki Dhole Ms. Ananya Neogi ..... for the State The present writ petition has been filed primarily seeking a direction upon the concerned State respondents to furnish the petitioner's OMR sheet pertaining to the West Bengal Group-D Examination - 2017, conducted for the purpose of filling vacancies in various offices of the Government of West Bengal.

In course of hearing Mr. Dhole, learned advocate for the State, handed over a copy of the unassessed OMR sheet of the petitioner, which has been taken on record. A copy of the same has also been provided to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

In view of the above, no further interference is warranted in the matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
