The West Bengal Central School Service Commission by filing a report has produced a new recommendation letter for transfer to the post of Assistant Teacher on special ground. The petitioner has been transferred now to Haripal G.D. Institution in appropriate post for the petitioner.

Ms. Debanwita Pramanik, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that her client is yet to receive the appointment letter from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education and she expects the appointment letter will be issued in short time.

This court expects that the appointment letter will be issued by the Board by one week after vacation. With the above observation, this writ application is disposed of.
