Ms. Rita Datta ... for the State The present criminal revision of the year 2020 has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceeding being Bagdah P.S case FIR No.1080 of 2016 dated 20.12.2016 with G.R No.4198/16 under Section 447, 406, 423, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Today also there is no representation neither on behalf of the petitioner nor the opposite party.

Ms. Rita Datta, learned counsel present in court is appointed to represent the State in the present case. Her appointment be regularized by the appropriate authority.

Considering the conduct of the petitioner, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the point before the appropriate forum. Revisional application being CRR 1614 of 2020 stands disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
