No.9 S/L No.3 KS C.O. 1420 of 2020 Antara Karar Choudhury -Vs.- Chiranjit Karar (Via Video Conference) Ms. Karabi Roy .....For the Petitioner It appears from the order dated 13.04.2021 that there are inadvertent typographical mistake crept at page no.2 with regard to the 'Matrimonial Suit No.184 of 2000', it should be read as 'Matrimonial Suit No.184 of 2020'. Necessary correction be made and another correction is required at page 3 in respect of 'Matrimonial Suit No.65 of 2000' it should be read as 'Matrimonial Suit No.65 of 2020'.

Other portions of the order dated 13.04.2021 shall remain unaltered and this order be read as part of the order dated 13.04.2021.
