For the State The writ petition has been preferred inter alia praying for issuance of necessary direction upon the respondents to approve the panel prepared for the post of Assistant Headmaster in Damdama High School (H.S).

Bhattacharya, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present writ petition, a memo dated 27th November, 2020 has been issued by the Deputy Director of School Education, West Bengal to the respondent no. 3 informing inter alia that the School Education Department has accorded approval to the concerned panel for the post of Assistant Headmaster. Let a copy of the said memo, as produced, be kept on record.

In view thereof, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on completion of all necessary formalities.
