Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that on completion of investigation charge sheet being no. 203/2020 dated September 4, 2020 under Section 279/338/304A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 184/196 of the Motor Vehicles Act was submitted.

In such circumstances, the police having completed investigation and filed the charge sheet as noted above, no further interference is called for.

WPA 9421 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly.
