9.6.2022 sb CRR 1616 of 2020 In the matter of : Rabiul Jamadar .......Petitioner Mr. Anjan Dutta ...for the Petitioner Mr. Sudipto Panda Mr. Subrata Ghosh ...for the O.P. no. 2 Learned advocate appearing for the opposite party no. 2 has filed photostat copy of the final report as well as order sheet dated 18.2.2022 passed in connection with Narajee petition. It is submitted that after completion of investigation, police has submitted a final report. The defacto-complainant raised objection against that report in final form and filed Narajee petition and learned Magistrate also disposed of that petition vide its order dated 18.2.2022 whereby the learned Magistrate rejected their prayer for not accepting the final report and ultimately the final report is accepted and the accused persons are discharged. With that view of the matter, nothing remains in the revisional application and the revisional application which was filed with prayer for fair investigation has now become infructuous.

CRR 1616 of 2020 is thus dismissed.

Copies of the order dated 22.1.2021 and 18.2.2022 are kept with the record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
