The instant criminal revision arises against an order dated 14.09.2020 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Special Court, Hooghly (In Charge) in NDPS Case No. 12 of 2019 arising out of Rishra Police Station Case No. 55 of 2019 dated 21st June, 2019 under Section 21C of the NDPS Act. Only prayer of the petitioner is that the trial of the case may be expedited. It is learnt from the record as well as the

copy of the order annexed herewith that the learned Trial Judge fix on 14th December, 2020 for consideration of charge. The instant revision is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Judge to consider and frame charge against the accused on the date fixed positively and thereafter conclude the trial expeditiously and preferably within the period of four months from the date of consideration of charge.
