Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous in view of parole having been granted in the meantime to the petitioner. A copy of the order of parole is filed in Court today and taken on record. W. P. A. 9436 of 2020 is, thus, disposed of as infructuous.

There will be no order as to costs.
