for correction of a typographical error that has inadvertently crept up in the order dated 7th January, 2021.

The writ petition number has been wrongly mentioned in the order dated 7th January, 2021 as WPA 13582 of 2020. The same ought to be read as WPA 13582 of 2019.

The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
