Grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that her representation dated March 5, 2020 for consideration of her appointment as primary teacher has not been considered till date by the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, the third respondent herein.

Considering the submission this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated March 5, 2020 (page 19 of the writ petition) in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. The decision once given shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. It is made clear that this court has not gone into the merits of the case, and that the respondent concerned is free to decide the aforesaid representation in accordance with law. WPA No.9460 of 2020 is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
