Mr. Baidurya Ghosal, learned Advocate appearing for the Bank, submits that the auction has already been conducted and the sale certificate has been issued in favour of the successful bidder.

In view of The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, this writ-petition does not appear to be maintainable before this Court.

The writ-petition being WPA 9465 of 2020 is thus disposed of giving opportunity upon the petitioner to challenge the impugned proceedings before the relevant Debt Recovery Tribunal.
