Mr. Ayan Banerjee, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a photocopy of the order dated March 15, 2022 and submits that after completion of investigation, police has filed a report in the final form as 'mistake of fact' and learned ACJM after considering the materials, accepted that report and discharges all the accused persons from this case. Accordingly, the present revisional application has now become infructuous and his client does not want to proceed any further with the case.

In view of the above, CRR 1621 of 2020 is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

Copy of the order produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner be kept with the record.
