Mr. Mukherjee, learned senior advocate submits that the appellant in CRA 253 of 2020 has died. The death certificate of Mr. Abhishek Roy is placed by the advocate for the appellant and the same is taken on record.

In that view of the matter, CRA 253 of 2020 shall stand abetted and disposed of. Consequently all connected pending applications stand disposed of.
