Mr. Ayan Banerjee, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that police has already submitted final report and defacto complainant, namely, Sudip Kr. Dutta as submitted before the trial court that he has no objection against the report submitted by investigating agency after investigation. Accordingly, Mr. Banerjee submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the revisional application any further. Accordingly, CRR 1624 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of the order as submitted by Mr. Banerjee be kept with the record.
