Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioner. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected in August, 2020. There is no change in circumstances since the last rejection of bail by this Court In view of the aforesaid facts and the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
