Mr. Nirmalya Kumar Das ....for the petitioner Mr. Subhrangsu Panda ...for the State The petitioner has applied for compassionate appointment instead and place of his father late Ahmed Karim Khan who was functioning as an Assistant Teacher in Atkina High Madrasah. The petitioner's father died on February 19, 2011. The petitioner has made repeated representations.

The petitioner has made representation firstly on July 14, 2011 and the same remains unconsidered. The petitioner has pursued the same from time-to-time and lastly, on September 28, 2020.

In those circumstances, the D.I.

of Schools (Secondary Education), Tamluk, Purba Medinipur being respondent no. 2 is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law and

dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The D.I.

of Schools (Secondary Education), Tamluk, Purba Medinipur shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner within seven days thereof. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
