The petitioner husband complains that his wife/ the alleged contemnor is not complying with the visitation order.

Counsel for the wife vehemently denies the same, and submits that his client is regularly taking the child to ensure visitation of the father.

This Court is of the view that if there is any violation of any visitation orders or those of this Court by any of the parties, the Court below shall take appropriate steps in this regard.

In view of the above, the contempt application is disposed of, reserving liberty to the parties to take appropriate steps in the Court below, against violation of any visitation rights.

There will be no order as to costs.
