It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent lady. She has been falsely implicated on the ground that she is the owner of the car. Therefore, court should grant the anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and produces the case diary. He further contends that 64 kilograms of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Therefore, court

should not allow the application for anticipatory bail. Considering the submissions as advanced by the learned advocates for the parties and after perusing the case diary, in our considered view, the application for anticipatory bail should not be allowed. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 9444 of 2020 is disposed of.
