Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioners in dealing in narcotic substance above commercial quantity and as statements of witnesses disclose the fact that the petitioner had fled away from the spot, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
