Admittedly, there is civil suit being T.S. No. 171 of 2020 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Basirhat. The parties may agitate their civil disputes in the pending civil suit or in any other civil forum in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
