Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioners in assaulting the victim and as their prayer for bail was rejected earlier and they do not stand on the same footing with co-accused person who has been enlarged on bail, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
