The dispute is with regard to the right, title, interest and possession of land.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Inspector-in-Charge, Kotwali Police Station, Krishnanagar, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated November 16, 2020, being Annexure P2 to the writ petition, upon hearing the petitioner as also the respondent Nos.6 and 7. The Inspector-in-Charge, Kotwali Police Station shall consider the issues independently and thereafter take such action as required under the law. This Court has not gone into the merits of the claims and counter-claims of the parties.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
