The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

Having considered the materials made available along with the Case Diary, and keeping in mind the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged crime and as the incident occurred in the course of a milieu, and also having regard to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code not implicating the petitioner, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that the petitioner shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties of like amount, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also concerned Court subject to condition as enshrined in Section

438(2) of Cr. P.C. The petitioner shall also meet the investigation officer once in two weeks.
