The learned advocate-on-record appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits, upon instruction from the petitioner who present in Court, that the property in question has since been transferred by him to a third party. The petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the writ petition any further.

In view of such submission W.P.A. 9643 of 2020 stands dismissed as 'not pressed'.
