Petitioner approached this court being aggrieved by the inaction of the Officer-in-charge of Ramnagar Police Station. The representation was made on 20.02.2020 in respect of the egress and ingress to the house of the petitioner being obstructed at the behest of the private respondents. Since more than 5 years have passed in the meantime, I direct that in case the petitioner faces the same inconveniences he would approach with a fresh representation before the Officer-in-charge, Ramnagar Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9645 of 2020 is disposed of.

Connected applications, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
