CESC Limited has raised a quotation on the petitioner, in terms of the order dated 4th January, 2021 which the petitioner acknowledges to have received, Subject to the petitioner paying such costs and expenses, CESC Limited shall provide a new service main at the petitioner's premises and shift the petitioner's existing meter and connect the same to the new service main at the petitioner's property. The entire exercise for giving a new service main and shifting the meter shall be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of the petitioner's depositing money as per the quotation raised by CESC Limited.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of without any order as to costs.

Since I have not called for any affidavits, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, is to be given to the parties upon compliance of the necessary formalities.
