For the reasons already recorded and succinctly so in the said order, this Court is inclined to quash the said FIR being Cyber Crime Police Station Case No. 19 of 2020 dated September 23, 2020.

All subsequent actions and proceedings, arising thereunder, shall also stand quashed.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
