It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Therefore, the petitioner should be enlarged on bail.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and produces the case diary. He further contends that earlier the bail application was rejected on 25th September, 2020 by the co-ordinate bench of this court. Learned advocate for the State draws our attention to the statement of the victim girl and

submits that she was regularly ravished by the petitioner.

Considering the submissions as advanced by the learned advocates for the parties and after perusing the case diary, in our considered view, the application for bail should not be allowed.

Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected. The application for bail being C.R.M. 9549 of 2020 is disposed of.
