The petitioner complains of illegal construction by private respondents on P.W.D. road, thereby obstructing his egress and ingress. The petitioner filed an application before respondent No.4 expressing his grievance on 20th September, 2020 which has not been disposed of till date.

Having heard the learned counsels for the parties and considering the material on record, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon the respondent No. 4 to consider and dispose of the application filed by the petitioner on 20th September, 2020 within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order after affording opportunity of hearing to all the

affected parties including the petitioner, in accordance with law.

W.P.A. 9675 of 2020 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.
