Anwar Hossain Ms. Sreyashee Biswas ... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner with a co-accused in subjecting the minor victim to penetrative sexual assault as appearing from her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are of the opinion that in view of gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
