The petitioner claims pension on account of death of her husband, Kausik Sarkar, who was Nirman Sahayak, Jhalda -II Block.

The District Magistrate has issued a legal heir certificate indicating that the petitioner and her mother and daughter are the only legal heirs of Kausik Sarkar on 09.12.2020.

The B. D. O., Jhalda-II by communication dated 31.12.2020 has asked for documents for the aforesaid purpose.

Upon receipt of documents from the petitioner, the B. D. O., Jhalda-II shall send recommendation for issuance Pension Payment Order on account of service of late Kausik Sarkar in favour of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
