Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the prima facie role of the petitioner in transporting fake Indian currency notes and as prayer for anticipatory bail of coaccused was turned down by this Bench in C.R.M.995 of 2020, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
