Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the accused/petitioner submits that although a joint compromise application has been filed on behalf of the accused-petitioner and the defacto-complainant/opposite party, in the meantime, the present final report has been filed by the Investigating Agency. In view of the same, the present revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the petitioner prays that the revisional application may be disposed of as not pressed. On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the revisional application is disposed of as not pressed.

CRAN 1 of 2020 also stands disposed of.
