The grievance of the petitioner is that, despite her name having appeared in the eligibility list, the petitioner has not been provided with an user I.D. and password to enable her to participate in the first and second semester examinations, combined, to be held on November 28, 2020 and December 1, 2020 respectively.

In view of the innocuous nature of the grievance, more so since none appears on behalf of the respondents despite service, the respondents are directed to immediately furnish an user I.D. and password reasonably soon after the petitioner approaches the respondent-authorities, to enable her to participate in the first and second semester examinations to be held on November 28, 2020 and

December 1, 2020 respectively in respect of the respondent-university.

It is made clear that, in the event the petitioner approaches the university today, the respondent-authorities shall furnish such user I.D. and password during the course of the day for the above purpose.

W.P.A. 9715 of 2020 is thus disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
