24.12.2020 Sdas allowed CRM 9621 of 2020 (via video conference) In Re: An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Dinhata P.S. Case No. 475 of 2019 dated 05.11.2019 under Sections 341/326/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Aditi Sankar Chakraborty Mr. Tapan Bhattacharjee ...for the State.

Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail. Co-accused persons have been granted similar relief.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to extend the same privilege to the petitioners also.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
