The present writ petition has been filed challenging order dated March 29, 2019 passed by the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal in O.A. No. 2475 of 2018 (for short 'the Tribunal'). At the very outset, learned counsels for the parties are agreed that the identical issue has been considered by this Court in WPLRT 13 of 2020 (Bhanu Charan Maity Versus The State of West Bengal & Ors.), decided on March 05, 2020. The issue involved in the present writ petition being same, the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms thereof. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties and considering the stand taken by them, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Bhanu Charan Maity's case (supra).
