Petitioner complaints of police inaction.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the private respondents put a padlock on the garage belonging to the petitioner. The police are inactive.

Learned advocate appearing for the State on the basis of the written instruction submits that the police enquired into the complaint. On enquiry, the police learnt that there are civil disputes between the private parties with regard to the garage. The police submitted a prosecution under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal procedure.

In the facts of the present case, there are disputes between the private parties in relation to the garage. The police enquired into the complaint and lodged a prosecution under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The police taking

steps, as noted above, no further interference is called for.

W.P.A.9728 of is disposed of accordingly.
