And In the matter of : Osman Ali Mr. Debajit Kundu ... ... for the petitioner Mr. Aditi Shankar Chakraborti ... ... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in subjecting a minor to forcible penetrative sexual assault and as his prayer for bail was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench in October, 2020 and there is no change in circumstance since then, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
