In the instant writ application, the petitioner seeks mandamus directing the School Authorities to take steps in respect of Mid-day meal and School Uniforms distribution and facilitation and also seeks cancellation of the power to operate Bank Account vested in the respondent nos.10 and 11.

It now appears, based on the submissions of the School Authorities and the petitioner's service has been terminated and the same approved by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Malda for allegation of misappropriation of fund relating to Kanyashree and Mid-day Meal Scheme of the Government.

It is submitted by the School that the next senior most teacher has taken over the charge as Teacher-in-charge and is taking all steps for implementation of the Government Schemes.

Let the School continue to do the same so that the children can get the benefits. The signatories recorded in the Bank Account other than the petitioner shall continue to operate the School's Bank Account. The writ petition is disposed of without any further order.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
